Flight Deck: common questions

How do I restore Remove Ads on a new device?

Open Settings in Flight Deck and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.

Why do I still see reward videos after buying Remove Ads?

Remove Ads turns off banners and the full-screen ads between rounds. Reward videos are always optional. They only play when you choose to watch one for double coins, a second chance or a streak restore.

How do I change my advert privacy choices?

In Flight Deck, go to Settings > Advert privacy choices. This option appears in regions where it's required. You can also turn off tracking in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

My Daily Flight streak reset. Why?

A streak continues if you finish a Daily Flight every day. It resets if a whole day passes without one, based on your device's local midnight. The day after you miss one, you can watch a reward video to restore it.

How do I turn off the daily reminder?

Go to Settings > Reminders in Flight Deck, or switch off notifications for the app in your device's Settings.

The leaderboards don't load

Leaderboards need you to be signed in to Game Center (Settings > Game Center on your device) and an internet connection. The rest of the game works without either.

I think a quiz answer is wrong

Please email us the question and what you think the right answer is, and we'll check it and fix it in the next update.

How do I start again?

In Flight Deck, go to Settings > Reset all progress. This can't be undone.
